We’re Excited About the 2025 Dodge Charger

Here’s Why You Should Be Too

The Charger will return to the local Dodge dealer for 2025 but in a new form. Find out what’s new and why experts are so excited about this thoroughly modern muscle car.

Dodge seamlessly blends classic muscle car heritage with modern innovations in the 2025 Charger. It won’t hit the Dodge dealer for some time, but those in the know are already excited about this dream machine’s power and performance.

As the Hemi Retires, the Hurricane Takes Its Rightful Place

Some muscle car enthusiasts are still mourning the loss of the Dodge Hemi V-8, but only because they haven’t seen the new Dodge Charger with the twin-turbocharged inline-six Hurricane engine meet its full potential.

In the Dodge Charger Sixpack S.O. or standard output, the Hurricane puts out 420 hp. The Sixpack H.O., or high output, model ups the ante to 550 hp. The AWD Charger’s Hurricane engine will be paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission.

For eco-conscious drivers, switching from the Hemi to the Hurricane may not be enough of a change. When that’s the case, the Dodge Charger Daytona E.V. is also an excellent option. Its all-electric powertrain puts out an impressive 670 hp, rivaling gas-powered alternatives.

A Modern Cabin That Incorporates Vintage Flare

The 2025 Dodge Charger may be newly redesigned, but it hasn’t forgotten its roots. The Charger’s cabin borrows its layered dash design and pistol-grip shift lever from its 1960s predecessors. However, there are still ample modern touches.

Digital displays and ambient LED lighting make it clear that this Dodge muscle car isn’t stuck in the past. All models feature 12.3-inch displays with Uconnect 5 infotainment systems and 10.3-inch digital gauge clusters that can be upgraded to 16-inch models.

The 2025 Dodge Charger will come in two configurations. Along with a four-door model, it’s also now available as a two-door coupe. The sedan is still the way to go for those planning to routinely haul multiple passengers since its rear seat is more spacious.

Dodge Adds a Host of Standard Safety and Driver Assistance Features

With all the power beneath the hood of the 2025 Dodge Charger, it’s good that the car’s design team takes safety seriously. The new Charger will come standard with a good deal of active safety and driver assistance tech.

Features like automated e-braking, lane-keep assist, and even adaptive cruise control with lane-centering all come standard. Advanced features like a curb-side camera for easier parallel parking are also available.

Contact a Local Dodge Dealer for More Information

The 2025 Dodge Charger isn’t available yet, but it’s coming. Interested buyers should contact a local Dodge dealer to get more information and find out how to build and price their Dodge muscle cars.

For those who don’t want to wait, now is also the time to ask a Dodge dealer about finding a late-model used Dodge Charger with the now-discontinued Hemi V-8 engine.
