Ready to Race? The Best New Sports Cars Coming in 2025

New sports cars mean more fun, adrenaline, speed, power, and aggression on the track. Here are a few of the best new models coming in 2025.

Whether you want to run a spirited lap around your local track or head to Germany to test your skills at Nürburgring, you’ll want the best you can get when it comes to a sports car. In today’s world, the highest-performing cars are those that have the best tuning, forced induction, and, in some cases, hybrid powertrains.

Here are some of the best new sports cars coming in 2025.

    BMW M2 CS

The CS model takes the Competition version and turns it up a few notches. The BMW M2 is an excellent sports car at every level, giving you the performance and power desired with an uptuned twin-turbocharged 6-cylinder engine that delivers incredible power numbers. The M2 CS uses the same engine as the M3 and M4 Competition models, which means you’ve got a smaller and lighter car with amazing power to give you an exciting lap or two around any track.

    Corvette Zora

The Corvette Zora could be one of the best new sports cars, and it comes with a full package of excellence for driving. This amazing car is named for Zora Arkus-Duntov, the father of the Corvette, and it’s easily the most insane model of the supercar ever built. The powertrain could use the ZR1’s 1,064 horsepower and pair with the E-Ray’s battery pack for a hybrid supercar that could deliver up to 1,220 horsepower and give this car standard AWD for some serious track-day fun.

    Mercedes-AMG CLE 63

When you want to see an amazing German sports car flex its muscles, the Mercedes-AMG CLE 63 is an excellent choice. This incredible car should feature a 4.0-liter twin-turbocharged V8 powertrain that produces 577 horsepower and gives this car the desired performance and power on any road or track. Using the V8 gives this Merc a huge advantage over the competition and takes it to new heights that the outgoing C 63 and E 63 AMG models couldn’t achieve. This could be the sports car that you want to push hard on any track.

    Porsche 911 GT3 992.2

Hardcore racing doesn’t get much better than the Porsche 911 GT3 unless it’s a new version of the car. The GT3 is one of the few naturally aspirated sports cars available and a new sports car that could turn heads and deliver amazing track-day performance. Get behind the wheel and let this incredible machine be the car that sends you rocketing around the track for some serious fun. Customizing this car with the Weissach Package adds lightweight materials and items that improve the car’s performance.

    BMW M3

Recent versions of the M3 have been a little less than exciting, but the new 2025 model is ready to grab you by your short hair and never let go. This car should make your stomach jump into your throat and plaster the biggest smile possible on your face. The gas-powered model should have the inline-six that we admire and uses a manual gearbox, making the M3 one of the only sports cars with a stick shifter to make it easy to enjoy the driving fun and aggressive performance.

    Ferrari F80

The newest of the Ferrari halo cars is finally here. The new Ferrari F80 is easily one of the most exciting new sports cars available. This amazing car has everything you want, including an impressive performance package. This is one of the first hybrid Ferrari cars, and while purists might grumble, this car should produce as much as 1,184 horsepower from the 3.0-liter V6 and three electric motors. This makes it an amazing car to drive on any track where the downforce hits huge numbers.

    Lexus LFR

We aren’t sure whether this car will wear the Toyota badge or the Lexus name, but it has been terrorizing the Nürburgring with speed, performance, and incredible numbers. This car hit the legendary track as an amazing concept sports car. This new car is the spiritual successor to the legendary Lexus LFA. This exciting new model should use a V8 engine, but with Toyota’s move toward smaller engines and hybrid powertrains, it might come in as a strong, performance-based hybrid that would deliver the speed and quickness desired.

These are only a few of the new sports cars coming to market to give you the amazing driving prowess and dynamic driving desired. Which one are you looking forward to the most?
